Refund & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

Raniya’s Creations follows a strict No Return & No Refund policy.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Only exchanges are permitted in the following cases:

You receive a defective product
You receive a wrong product different from what was ordered

No other reasons are eligible for exchange.

2. Eligibility for Exchange (Defective/Wrong Product Only)

To qualify for an exchange, the customer must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email.
Provide clear images or videos showing the issue.
Submit a full, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is opened.
Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

If the item is found to be used, tampered with, altered, or incomplete, the exchange request will be rejected, and the same product will be returned to the customer.

After verification, we will arrange a pickup and dispatch a replacement.

3. Fabric, Colour & Quality Information

3.1 Fabric Details

All product fabrics (including materials such as Mysore Silk, Dola Silk, Georgette, etc.) are clearly mentioned on product pages.
For questions regarding fabric feel, fall, texture, weight, or quality, customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

3.2 Colour Variation

Due to lighting, photography conditions, and screen settings, slight colour variations may occur.
Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

3.3 Minor Imperfections

Small weaving irregularities, tiny thread pulls, or minor finishing variations are common in sarees and handloom-inspired products.
These do not affect wearability and are not treated as defects.

4. Fabric Naming Standards

All fabric names mentioned on our website use Surat industry terminology.
Names may vary across states or local markets.
Requests for exchange based on naming differences will not be accepted.

5. Product Images & Description

All images and videos displayed on the website are for reference purposes.
Customers must rely on the product description as the final source of accurate product information.

5.2 Product Description Accuracy

If any detail is unclear or missing, customers must contact us for clarification before ordering.
Orders will not be eligible for exchange due to assumptions or expectations not stated in the description.
